Keep marketing moving across channels, teams, and systems
Great customer experiences depend on more than a strong campaign idea. Promotions, CRM, ecommerce, creative, product, technology, and operations all need to come together at the right time.
I help DTC teams manage the work behind integrated marketing, from promotional calendars and cross-channel execution to CRM and lifecycle journeys, loyalty, segmentation, and ongoing optimization. I can step into an existing marketing operation, understand how the pieces fit together, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and create the structure needed to keep work moving.
Whether the need is additional capacity, better coordination, or ownership of a specific initiative, I work across internal teams, agencies, and technology partners to turn plans into execution.
Give complex eCommerce projects a clear path from plan to launch
Major implementations and migrations cross teams, systems, vendors, and business processes. I provide experienced project leadership to define the plan, establish ownership and dependencies, coordinate internal and external partners, manage testing and issues, and keep stakeholders informed from kickoff through launch.
My experience includes eCommerce platforms, subscriptions, loyalty, POS, payments, ERP integrations, customer experience improvements, and other projects across the DTC technology stack. I work closely with business teams, developers, agencies, and technology partners to make sure the implementation works not just technically, but operationally.
Most importantly, I believe projects should end. My goal is a successful launch, clear documentation, and a transition back to your team with the processes and knowledge needed to move forward.
Bring structure and visibility to work that has become too complicated
Sometimes the challenge isn't a single project. Work crosses multiple teams, knowledge lives with individual employees, priorities compete for attention, and important information gets repeated, missed, or lost along the way.
I can step into an existing organization to understand how work is actually getting done, identify friction, and create practical improvements without adding unnecessary process. That may include establishing operating rhythms, clarifying ownership and priorities, improving workflows in tools like Wrike or Microsoft Planner, documenting processes, or providing experienced leadership and additional capacity during periods of change.
The goal isn't to create more process. It's to make the work easier to manage, give teams and leadership better visibility, and leave behind systems and documentation that continue working after the engagement ends.
My mission is to foster communication, organization, and deliver complete projects, through focused and reliable attention.
